Microsoft is developing new Halo games right now, and actor Keith David is hopeful Microsoft calls him up to play the Arbiter once more. Across a series of social media posts, David said he’s aware there “may be something new” in the works, but claims he knows nothing official.

“I don’t know any more than all of you. I hear there may be something new and, if so, I’d love to reprise my role as the Arbiter. That’s it. Nothing coded,” he said.

David voiced the Arbiter in 2004’s Halo 2, reprising the role in 2007’s Halo 3 and 2015’s Halo 5: Guardians. It’s no secret that Starfield has a bit of a loading screen problem. Players will naturally experience loading screens when fast traveling, but will also be met with them when entering or exiting their ship, entering or exiting buildings, entering or exiting areas within certain buildings, and the list doesn’t stop there. But players may be surprised to learn that these loading screens actually weren’t implemented until quite late in the game’s development.

Jon Bernthal will be reportedly returning as Frank Castle/the Punisher for Disney+’s Daredevil: Born Again series according to sources with The Hollywood Reporter. Bernthal joins Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio in the new series, all reprising their roles from Daredevil’s original series from Netflix.

After his appearance and arc in Daredevil Season 2, Bernthal went on to star in his own solo series for Netflix, playing the titular character for two seasons that spanned 2017-19. Hollywood veterans Ridley Scott and Steven Knight are working together on a World War II mini-series that offers a new look into the conflict from “several international perspectives.” The series is based on Sir Antony Beevor’s books, according to the write-up from Deadline.

The show is called Roads to Freedom, and it’s planned as a “10-episode epic.”

“The intention is to tell the story using fresh and unique perspectives. While most Hollywood war films have focused on the American and British effort, Roads to Freedom will portray the brutal realities from multiple viewpoints, with characters not only from the U.S. and UK but also from Russia, Germany, France, and other countries across the globe,” the report said.
